For this course, we need to study about the politeness in Bahasa Malaysia and make a study about it. So our topic was about 'Kesantunan Berbahasa Dalam Kalangan Pelajar Institusi Pengajian Tinggi Dengan Penjawat Awam'. Please be aware that UKM uses Bahasa Malaysia for its everyday language so most courses are offered in malay - a bit lacking for me as an English Language student.

So, after we have done our research, we have to make a video of it with the intention to educate the public about it. 
We have to act the impolite first, then the polite act later.
